Our offices are located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, 32 miles south of the SeaTac International Airport. Located right on the water, we encourage all who require a due diligence trip to come visit and discuss any opportunity to work with us.
From SeaTac airport, drive south on I-5 until past the city of Tacoma, bear right and proceed to Route 16 West over the Narrows Bridge. Take the second exit ( Exit 10) after the bridge (Olympic Drive NW). At the top of the exit take a left and proceed to the second set of lights and take a left onto Point Fosdick. Continue on Point Fosdick through a roundabout and proceed straight across until you come to a stop sign. Cross the street and proceed 1/4 mile until you see 10th Street. Take a right and then 100 feet,another right onto 38th Avenue CT. The driveway for GIG is the 4th driveway on the left. Proceed down the drive and park in front of the building. Take a moment to enjoy the view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
